Incase of flooding in the following circumstances:

Toilets:

New easy shut off valves to each individual toilet have been installed & are located at the back of the toilet near the floor- Turn off the water!

Water Heaters & Dishwashers:

Shut off valves to the entire condo are located in the following locations:

1 Bedroom- Under the kitchen sink you will see a new ball valve - turn the lever off.

2 Bedroom- Under the downstairs bathroom vanity - inside the cabinet - turn the lever off.

3 Bedroom- Downstairs closet in the bedroom - near the floor - turn the lever off.
